Did you know that we’ve been in the middle of a Loch Ness Monster sighting drought? Last year marked the first time in almost 90 years that Nessie hadn’t been spotted for an entire year. In fact, there hadn’t been any ‘confirmed sightings’ of the elusive cryptid for 18 months, leading some veteran spotters to voice concern that perhaps the famous monster had finally given up the ghost.

But wait! Something awesome just happened: Two different people, both using Apple Maps, captured screenshots of something measuring approximately 100ft long, with what appear to be two large flippers, powering along just under the surface of the loch. Experts from the Official Loch Ness Monster Fan Club have been studying the images and Gary Campbell, club president, reports that they’ve been steadily ruling out alternative explanations, leaving it increasingly likely that these images are brand new ‘confirmed sightings’:

‘We’ve been looking at it for a long time trying to work out exactly what it is. It looks like a boat wake, but the boat is missing. You can see some boats moored at the shore, but there isn’t one here. We’ve shown it to boat experts and they don’t know what it is. Whatever this is, it is under the water and heading south, so unless there have been secret submarine trials going on in the loch, the size of the object would make it likely to be Nessie.’

‘Now that we have spies in the skies above Loch Ness, maybe we will get more sightings which will whet the appetite of more down to earth Nessie hunters to come north. Furthermore, the use of satellite technology means that if Nessie is just swimming below the surface like in this case, we can still pick her up.’

Visit Dailymail.co.uk for additional information about this exiting development and the history of Nessie hunting.

It’s a great book. I read it many years ago!

Wish I had, but now I know!…

Yes, this is good, this is a good time. B3 Let the dragon love spread! X3

I really loved DWD, it was glorious. If the dragons weren’t wonderful enough, the protagonist is the best part. Let’s just say, princesses who don’t need saving should be lead by this girl. ;3

That…is a fucking good question, um…uh…well…uh…fuck it, I don’t know. X3 Sadly, I don’t know many besides HTTYD, Eragon, Dragon Rider, and…well, my personal stories, where the dragon isn’t some kind of bad guy, but…if I had to pick one…I’d say… Dragonheart: A New Beginning. I love the premise, of the last remaining dragon egg that Draco had once guarded being hidden away and protected, the young hatchling growing nice, sweet, and timid behind the walls the only man who knew about him kept him in. Till one day, a young boy accidentally finds him, and they form a friendship.

It’s always lovely to watch, and Dragonheart is an integral part of my childhood.

Besides, my mother has demanded if I ever get married, the Dragonheart theme will play at my wedding, because of how damnably gorgeous it is. And I am more than willing to allow this.

Besides, Drake is super adorable and voiced by Robby Benson (aka The Beast). Also, look at this face, look at it:

Oh hello! I’m not used to getting these kinds of messages. So first off, thanks for coming! ^w^ Also, allow me to make a hopefully polite counter to your delightfully decisive message.

  • Washers are afraid of contamination. They usually have cleaning or hand-washing compulsions.
  • Checkers repeatedly check things (oven turned off, door locked, etc.) that they associate with harm or danger.
  • Doubters and sinners are afraid that if everything isn’t perfect or done just right something terrible will happen or they will be punished.
  • Counters and arrangers are obsessed with order and symmetry. They may have superstitions about certain numbers, colors, or arrangements.
  • Hoarders fear that something bad will happen if they throw anything away. They compulsively hoard things that they don’t need or use.

Taken directly this page of a Mental Help Guide Website, this here is a simple list generalizing five types of people who have Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). If you direct your attention to the “Counters and arrangers” one, you will see it corresponds well to Wasabi’s introductory scene in the video from which I acquired my screenshot as I presume that is why you’re here. We haven’t seen enough of Wasabi to see if any of those others apply, but the 4th one definitely does. You saw his table, it was outlined perfectly, right down to the T, and was very symmetrical. He had quite specific places for everything. And what happened when Go Go swooped over and grabbed something? EVERYTHING fell out of place. If you watch carefully, the whole table moves, and none of the once-orderly items remained unmoved. Some even fell over. And how did he react to that?

Maybe I’m misreading this, maybe he’s not OCD, who knows. We’ll have to wait and see. But that’s what it looked like to me, and ya know what—you have no idea how much I relate to him in this regard if it’s true.

am OCD just like Wasabi, I’m also an OCD Hoarder and OCD Sinner, but that’s not the point. In my cupboard, I have our mugs and cups ordered very specifically, and every time a cup is used, or someone puts them up in the cupboard in the wrong order, I feel near physical pain. Once I opened the cupboard door to seeing how my dad had put all of our cups, and I nearly staggered and cried out, it was so out of my order it physically hurt. Plus, when I eat Smarties, I hate only eating one packet. Why? They’re pack in a fucking odd number man~! I love eating two at a time, so it hurts when I have one left. One more thing, I have a tin pencil case that’s full of assorted colored and writing pencils. In my spare time during class, I always, always take them all out, set them in a line, order them from tallest to shortest, and put them all back in my case, tallest on the bottom, and shorter as I stack upward in a pyramid of pencils. Sure, it gets messed up ALL THE TIME, but I can’t help it. I have to order them correctly, again and again and again, because I’m practically forced to by my compulsiveness to do it.

Ever see the picture of the parking lot that got a new valet who was OCD?

Now you are right, you have a point—I shouldn’t outright assume things about people, even fictional ones. But whether he truly is OCD or not, I see myself in him. I do that too, I’m just like Wasabi, I have to have certain things a certain way. I don’t know if you’re OCD or not, but I still sincerely apologize for stepping on your toes. Or anyone else’s, if they agree with you and/or feel the same.

But if it makes you feel any better, I’ve never met anyone like me before. I don’t know how other people’s OCD is or how they deal with it. Maybe I’m using myself as a case study, and that’s probably a tad unfair. But I’m terribly ignorant cause I’m alone in this. I’m sorry I upset you, but Wasabi’s the first person I have ever seen—fictional or no—who was anywhere close to being like me.

I know who you are, btw. I saw your post in Wasabi’s tag. I’m ignorant, but I’m OCD, and Wasabi’s all I have. So while I apologize for overstepping, I don’t apologize for clinging to the only person who even remotely resembled me.

Guess I pulled an Anna, sorry!

You’re sweet, you know that? I’ll take the thought. :) It’s enough!
